Park West dubbed as the Downtown Night Club District or Club Row. Park West is a home to very large night party clubs. It is also became a recent film production location favourite. The neighbourhood got its name because it is located just west of the Bicentennial Park. Biscayne Blvd houses most of the residential units in Park West. High-rise condo towers and apartments are situated at the neighbourhood for residents who wants to live near their working places.

There is an ongoing redevelopment plan for Park West. Central Business District – or CBD and is better known as “Downtown” by the local residents. It the centre of the trade industry of Downtown Miami.
