When in Brickell, families can enjoy superb amenities within their reach.

Midtown is the ideal place for people who are into arts, food and fashion. Midtown houses the Shops at Midtown, considered as the counterpart of New York’s SOHO neighbourhood. Midtown also has the Miami Fashion District where boutiques and shops are scattered all over.

Park West dubbed as the Downtown Night Club District or Club Row. Park West is a home to very large night party clubs. It is also became a recent film production location favourite. The neighbourhood got its name because it is located just west of the Bicentennial Park. Biscayne Blvd houses most of the residential units in Park West. High-rise condo towers and apartments are situated at the neighbourhood for residents who wants to live near their working places.
